006 [Action] You're Invited!

[A lot has happened lately, and Estelle knows that she's not the only one that needs her spirits lifted. Thus she has decided upon a date for the tea party that her and Susanne Fabre had been planning before Susanne's departure.

With a list of names of those she wishes to invite, Estelle has made some little flowery invitation cards. She's now going around town, handing out those invitations in person. They're all ladies that she's friends with or have met and would like to get to know better.

Her list looks something like this:

If they're not at home, Estelle will track them down wherever they are. To make sure that everyone gets an invitation. Each invitation has the name of the person, the time/date, and place of the tea party. All written with Estelle's elegant hand writing. She's put a lot of thought and effort into this, so hopefully many of them will be able to come.]

((OOC: Feel free to run across Estelle while she's handing these out. You don't have to be one of the invited ones to talk to her! Who knows, she might invite you as well, provided you're a girl. The date of the tea party is November 13 at 2pm. The location is the Tea House, and there will be a log! Also, if you have CR with Estelle and your name isn't on that list... I've probably forgotten you. If that's the case, sorry! Just give me a poke and I'll add you to the list.))

When I woke here a few days ago I was fifteen. As of today, to my memory, I am sixteen. I don't know what the progression of years is going to be, but it seems to be going forward bit by bit.

[It is now early evening. By now, in just going around town doing this Thang he has seen Estelle give flowery invitation cards (from a distance! Not like he was lurking) to a few women around town. Maybe he was passing a house. Maybe he was in the Dome. Maybe she found them in more public locations. Either way, he saw some of them and so when he passes her in the square later in the day--

He can't help himself. This Estelle doesn't know him as well, but he saunters over with a smirk]

My, my. Estelle-chan, I think I can see Maria-sama on your shoulder.

[ Kotomi is just on her way to the library when she spots the other girl, really. ]

[At the sound of Estelle's voice, Patty digs her heels into the ground to halt the swing. When she looks up, her smile is just as cheerful as ever.]

Estelle! Of course I'm all right! Fitter than a salmon, ya know.

Of course! I'd be happy to! [She claps her hands together in delight. First she gets invited to a slumber party, then a tea party... It's like she's finally making up for not having had any girl friends during her childhood.]

[On most occasions, Estelle might believe her, but she knew what she saw. So Estelle walks over and bends down next to the swing.]

You don't have to pretend, Patty. It's Raven isn't it?

[Estelle clasps her hands happily as well.]

Wonderful! I'm so happy you can come! Would you mind bringing one or two of your pies?

[Estelle has been totally oblivious of her stalker... until he speaks up. She blinks and looks, then looks down at her shoulder, and back to him.]

Huh?

[Ah yes, Estelle had a feeling she might find her here! Estelle is now quickly moving in her direction.]

Oh, Kotomi-chan! I'm so glad I found you!

[She then hands her a small pink card.]

Here, this is for you.

[Estelle's eyes grow a little wide.]

O-oh. Oh my.

[She's never heard of -that- before. How peculiar.]

I wouldn't mind at all! I could bring banana pie, and strawberry chocolate... Hm... Do you think apple pie would go well with the tea party? [Yup, she's already considering a small menu of desserts.]

[Her cheerful mood falters, but only for a moment. Then she's back to smiling widely.]

The old man's home, having the time of his life. He'd want us to put a big ol' grin on our faces and be happy for him, right?

[There's a hand with an invitation in it greeting Sheena as she steps out of the tea shop's kitchen area.]

Whoa- oh, hey. What's up? Don't tell me I'm getting letters or something.

[Estelle smiles a little as she thinks about Raven doing his Raven things back home.]

Yes, I suppose he would. But that doesn't mean you can't miss him too.

[That sounded delicious already. Estelle can't help a light giggle.]

I think any of your pies would go well with the tea party, Cheria.

[Estelle smiles brightly.]

It's an invitation! Since you were gracious enough to let us have it here, and you're a member of Brave Vesperia, I thought you should be invited as well!

[Of course it's completely up to Sheena whether she wants to accept or not, but Estelle wanted to make sure Sheena felt welcome to participate too.]

[Adele shrugs. As far as she is concerned this is an extended series of dreams she keeps having every few years.]

Oh, I miss him! I miss his loud snoring and his stinky laundry... And him passing out in the hallway after a night of boozing, ya know...

[When she heard a knock at the door of House One, Tear had been quick to assume it might be Luke – after all, visits all the way out their home wasn't all that common. Estelle was hardly the first person she would have thought of when she saw who the visitor was, but she greets her with a small smile nevertheless.]

Estelle? Is there something I could help you with?

And he snickers now, before breaking into an actual laugh. His joke was super funny, okay]

[ Give her a moment. She's just staring at the card, then to Estelle, then to the card.. apparently she's not reading it just yet though, she's still too surprised. ]

[Estelle laughs softly and shakes her head. Her eyes then land on something else that's in the yard.]

You know, someone will have to take care of his flowers for him.
