Estelle likes to read, she reads a lot, and there's a public library full of new material for her to get into. Plus, when she reads something, she remembers everything. The girl has a photographic memory and can recite anything that she's read.

It has come to my attention, though, that some people might not want her reading about their characters or respective worlds.

So, to prevent myself from stepping on anyone's toes; I do ask that if you would -not- like Estelle to read about something, please post it here. I'll be happy to keep that in mind, and out of Estelle's hands. Just let me know whatever it is you don't want her to know or if anything is unavailable.

If you would like to post your permission to use information from your character's world, that's cool too and greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

((Edit: This excludes of course any intimate details about any one character or group of characters. These I would ask about first.))

I don't necessarily have a problem with it, but I know that I've mentioned here and there that Lightning flat-out steals any books she can find about her world and such. She's probably not totally successful, of course, but they'd still be hard to find for sure.

Leonhardt actually would have stolen any books that mention anything questionable he or Joshua may have done in their world, and done so by checking them out with a fake identity that cannot be linked to him. So that would include any news or history that makes any mention of a society called Ouroboros and anything that mentions the Intelligence Division in Liberl's Royal Army or mentions anything they've done. So pretty much anything with history or news dating from 1192 to 1203 in his world (anything after that would be beyond the timelines for any characters here).

Anything else is fair game unless Misa comments on anything else, though Leonhardt commonly checks out information relating to orbments and orbal power and keeps them out for a long time because his hobby is trying to build some.

You're welcome! And their canon actually does have some neat stories. Actually, Estelle probably would enjoy the play that was done in the first game. Here's a link if you want to see it.

And here is a link to the other books. She might enjoy Carnelia as well.

There is a copy of the Pirata Codex in the library. However, it is locked -- she could try to pick the lock, though. Either Jilly Coppercorn or Buffy Summers has the key to it.

Feel free to chat with me on plurk if you need to know what's actually IN it. XD

I would greatly prefer that Estelle not find any books about Luke Skywalker's world from after ABY 24 (21 years after the Return of the Jedi). Obi-Wan Kenobi's player and I are in agreement that the Expanded Universe takes a turn there that we are unwilling to deal with.

Any book on This list that is chronologically during or after the New Jedi Order period is off limits. Old Republic to New Republic is absolutely cool.

If you want our reasoning: The first book in the New Jedi Order period involves an invasion of beings from beyond the galaxy, who are so evil (and badly written) that the Force abandoned them. Chewbacca dies a horrible death, as does Han Solo's son. And it sets off a chain of events that basically breaks down Star Wars as a canon.

I appreciate this post, its not something I'm ever going to be prepared to deal with.

Yea, Star Wars is complicated and after a certain point it becomes basically Warhammer 40,000 with lightsabers.

Records of Bowlcut's -- rather, Souji's, and Shepard's worlds are probably there in the library somewhere by now. Feel free for her to come across those books. 8|a

Of course, it might not be such a good idea to recite those to the former, unless either there's a filter around or they're the only ones talking...not that he's ever made it a secret with how there's other persona users around, one of them being the longest runner, but. <_<;

I figured I should just give you permission to find out things about Tsuzuki's world, if they interact.
