004 [Action] (Backdated to Sept 1st)

[After the Kin'Corans had left and the power cap was back to normal, Estelle found herself waking up in her room. Last thing she remembered was being in the smithy, healing Yuri's wounds, when she had collapsed.

The girl sits up on her bed, lifting a hand to her forehead as she foggy memories start to catch up with her. That's right, she'd spent a lot of time running to and fro, healing people. It had... really taken a lot out of her. She supposes she must have overdone it. Also, she was really... -really- hungry.

Not knowing how long she was out, or the physical state she's  in, Estelle decides to get up.

Moving to stand, Estelle quickly finds this to be a poor decision as her strength is just, not there. There's a loud thud that can probably be heard throughout the house as the girl hits the floor, followed by a moan and some mumbling]

[Later on that day, after Estelle has eaten and regained some of her strength, she will be out and about for a walk. Granted she's taking it easy, and was specifically told to not go too far or to use her powers. Thus she'll just be making a quick trip around the block as it were, not going any farther then the two bridges closest to House 12.]

I see! My healing artes are... a little different as well, but in a good way. They're like a blessing.

[Even though she's read about Cheria's world, it's interesting to hear the perspective of someone who actually lives there. Also, she couldn't help but be reminded how her healing artes had been a curse on a couple of occasions.]

Well... Let's just say they were a gift from someone special. [She closes her eyes for a moment, before continuing.] When I was young, I had a- a sickness. I could never exert myself or keep up with my friends. After I gained my healing artes, the sickness disappeared within a year's time. It was like it mended my body from the inside. Ever since then, I've been using my healing artes to help anyone who needs them.

That is so wonderful! I'm so glad you're better now, and it's very noble of you to help others that way. I... was never sick, but I can certainly relate to your desire to help those in need.

I suppose that's what it means to be a healer, isn't it? These sort of powers are wasted if you don't use them to help the wounded. Especially when there are few others who have this ability.

Yes, I feel that way as well. I could never just stand by and watch others suffer while knowing there's something I could do to help.

[And that's part of the reason she's not feeling well.]

[Cheria makes a brief sound of amusement before speaking up again.] And that's why I'll offer to walk you home. You need to rest, don't you?

[Estelle giggles lightly. She can't really turn that down, now can she?]

Yes, you're right. I was hoping a walk might help me regain my strength, but I suppose this will do for today.

Fresh air is good, but it's best to balance it out with bedrest. Which house are you staying in?

House 12, it's not very far.

[She had promised Yuri she wouldn't go far after all.]

Twelve... That's this way, right? [She indicates the general direction of house #12.]

Yes, that's right.

[And with that she starts walking in the direction of said house.]

Where do you live?

I live in house 28, along with my friends from back home and a man named Isamu. He's a close friend of Richard's and I think he's been here longer than any of us.

Oh yes, I've met Richard, I like him very much. Isamu though, I don't know him. But from what I've heard, some people have been here for years.

Yes, that's true. I've been here for... well, about a year and a half in all, I suppose. Though I was sent home to live another half a year there, only a few days had passed here in Luceti.

Really? That's... [She really isn't sure what that is. Incredible? Amazing? Unfortunate? Scary? All of the above? Although Yuri seemed to have experienced the same thing. Coming back with memories that is.]

It's so strange... The same thing happened to two of my friends. I wonder what causes it.
