006 [Action] You're Invited!

[A lot has happened lately, and Estelle knows that she's not the only one that needs her spirits lifted. Thus she has decided upon a date for the tea party that her and Susanne Fabre had been planning before Susanne's departure.

With a list of names of those she wishes to invite, Estelle has made some little flowery invitation cards. She's now going around town, handing out those invitations in person. They're all ladies that she's friends with or have met and would like to get to know better.

Her list looks something like this:

If they're not at home, Estelle will track them down wherever they are. To make sure that everyone gets an invitation. Each invitation has the name of the person, the time/date, and place of the tea party. All written with Estelle's elegant hand writing. She's put a lot of thought and effort into this, so hopefully many of them will be able to come.]

((OOC: Feel free to run across Estelle while she's handing these out. You don't have to be one of the invited ones to talk to her! Who knows, she might invite you as well, provided you're a girl. The date of the tea party is November 13 at 2pm. The location is the Tea House, and there will be a log! Also, if you have CR with Estelle and your name isn't on that list... I've probably forgotten you. If that's the case, sorry! Just give me a poke and I'll add you to the list.))

[And one blonde teen with a healing bruise on the left edge of her jaw is the one to open it for her. She blinks a bit at the color of Estelle's hair before clearing her throat and offering a smile.]

[The first thing that Estelle notices is the bruise.]

Oh my goodness, are you all right? What happened?

[She has yet to notice that this girl looks suspiciously like Adele.]

What? Oh.

[The bruise. Right.]

I tripped and fell into a doorknob. I'm fine. Really.

[Blink. ... A... door knob?]

Are you sure? I could heal you.

[the_other_leblanc]

Heal? No, no. It is already mending. Really.

[She holds up a hand and gives a vague shake.]

No need to trouble yourself.

[... BUT.]

It wouldn't be any trouble, and only take a moment.

There is no need. I am fine.

[That and everything she keeps hearing about magic has started to make her twitchy. She's fine doing it the old fashioned way. Honest.]

Oh. All right.

[Estelle isn't going to force anyone after all. But oh yeah she's hear for a reason!]

Um, I'm looking for Adele. Is she here?

This is she.

[She blinks then corrects herself.]

You are speaking to her- yes I know I am younger than most expect. I apologize for whatever inconvenience it might be for you.

[For a moment, all Estelle can do is stare. Adele... what happened to you? But if Patty could be made older then this... this made sense. Eventually she realizes she's being rude and shakes her head.]

It's okay... [Just unexpected. And Estelle holds out the invitation for her.]

Um... this is for you.

[If she knew beyond 'woke up in a strange room a few days ago and don't know what anyone else is talking about' she'd tell you Estelle. All she can do right now is take the invitation with a blink.]

An...invitation? Thank you. I'm flattered.

You're welcome. I know this must be very awkward for you right now, but I do hope that you will come.

I'm slowly becoming accustomed to it.

[She manages a smile and reads over the date before doing a bit of mental math.]

I don't know how old I'll be, but I will attend.

Wonderful! ... [Wait.] But what do you mean how old you will be?

[the_other_leblanc]

When I woke here a few days ago I was fifteen. As of today, to my memory, I am sixteen. I don't know what the progression of years is going to be, but it seems to be going forward bit by bit.

[Estelle's eyes grow a little wide.]

O-oh. Oh my.

[She's never heard of -that- before. How peculiar.]

[the_other_leblanc]

[Adele shrugs. As far as she is concerned this is an extended series of dreams she keeps having every few years.]

It could be worse.

[childofthefullmoon]

I suppose. But if you need anything, you can ask, all right?

[And then something strikes her.]

Oh, I guess you don't remember, but my name is Estelle.

[the_other_leblanc]

I- thank you. That is very kind of you to offer.

[Everyone was so very helpful. It was odd. Kind, but odd.]

A pleasure to meet you again, Estelle. Thank you for the invitation.

[Estelle smiles and bows politely.]

[With that, Estelle heads on her way to hand out more invitations.]
